The Installation Technician 2 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication. The Installation Technician 2 could be expected to lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives and requirements by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
The AVI-SPL Onsite Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific Systems Integration projects for AVI-SPL customers – typically working on customer premises. This role will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements with the end goals of delivering a world-class customer service experience.
The Onsite AV Manager maintains and is responsible for all service and repairs of customers’ audio video equipment and fully integrated conference rooms including auditoriums and board rooms. This role interfaces directly with the customer and their responsibilities include maintaining daily functionality of all AV and integrated conference rooms. This role commonly includes managing a small team of AVI-SPL Onsite Managed Services staff.
The position calls for collaboration with internal and external teams. This is a key role in maintaining a good partner relationship and being sensitive to our client’s needs and schedules. The end goal of the Onsite AV Manager it to deliver a world-class Customer Service experience.
As a Sr. Programmer, you will create and modify control system software for integrated Audio Video Systems by converting requirements into a functional user interface and control code. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to meet unique requirements and work with hardware and software systems and platforms to deliver a system with robust capabilities. You will also install control programs and touch panel design onsite, offsite, and remotely. In addition, a Programmer 1 is expected to review and validate the work of an Associate Programmer.

The Installation Technician 3 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews on larger, more complex projects by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for mentoring and overseeing the office installation teams. This position can have between 5 and 10 direct reports and will support the Operations/Installation Manager while serving as a field change agent to help improve overall communication, project execution, and efficiency with Installation Technicians.
