The Installation Technician 2 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 2 could be expected to lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives and requirements by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

This role is an integral part of the Network Operations team and is mainly responsible for applying technical leadership and end-to-end process ownership - from the network requirements collection phase to the design and documentation implementation and operational support of each project. This position will also assist with documentation implementation and operational support of each project and participation in a joint on-call support rotation.  

Generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base.

This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. The Programming Supervisor manages the delivery, development, and implementation of software solution for internal and external clients. This function includes resource management, delivery management, and service oversight of software projects installed on customer sites. The Programming Supervisor will be responsible for supervising technical employees to ensure software solutions are met for internal and external customers.  This individual must have excellent multi-tasking and organization skills. Some travel maybe required in support of the job requirements.

As a Project Manager, you will be overseeing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific AV systems integration projects. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project, according to established AVI-SPL Project Management processes and procedures.

The Program Coordinator, Licensing is a member of AVI-SPL’s Technology and Innovation organization. The Program Coordinator is accountable for the coordination of departmental and company-wide projects, programs and initiatives as a function of AVI-SPL's Licensing Strategy which includes Unified Communications and Collaboration and more. The Program Coordinator receives guidance from the Licensing Program Manager and the Vice President of Solutions Enablement. This position assists with coordination, documentation, and communication between internal AVI-SPL stakeholders on various cross-functional teams. The goal of the position is to ensure effective planning, implementation, and lifecycle management of key processes, product development, and service delivery in both internal and external customers.  The position should also assist with some aspects of strategy development and implementation leveraging specific expertise in Software, Subscription and as-a-Service Licensing as well as Unified Communications and Collaboration and related Information Technology topics. This role will be important to help with leading tactical efforts within the business by providing coordination, documentation, and direction to ensure essential roles are properly staffed, key milestones are met, and KPI metrics are achieved.
