Description

  • Assist the Licensing Program Manager and Vice President of Solutions Enablement with cross-functional accountability throughout the various AVI-SPL lines of business to ensure that Licensing Practice Strategy goals are achieved.
  • Assist with driving the highest level of process and practice attainment by leveraging best practices and necessary resources aligned to the AVI-SPL Licensing Practice strategy.
  • Act as a secondary liaison with the internal stakeholders in communications related to process creation, service products, project deployments, service level agreements, Licensing specific certifications/training, risks, and escalations as necessary.
  • Contribute to cross-functional team efforts in process identification, documentation, and optimization through controlled change management.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of platform-specific (i.e., related to each UCC, Software, Hardware and Service manufacturer platform) playbooks consisting of standard operating procedures to ensure alignment with internal AVI-SPL stakeholders for consistency in Licensing delivery model.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers necessary to properly assist with all aspects of the multiple UCC Practices and Partner Alliance Practice.
  • Provide regular progress reports to all necessary internal and external stakeholders for Licensing, Subscriptions and UCC Practice needs.
  • Assist the UCC Practice leads with documentation, communication, tracking, and practice needs as assigned by the Vice President of Solutions Enablement.
  • Support Licensing and UCC Practice leadership to ensure that the business outcomes, user experience and ongoing user adoption is consistently attained throughout AVI-SPL and for our customers.
  • Coordinate/verify appropriate resource scheduling for all required tasks where applicable.
  • Serve as administrator for meetings, documentation, resources, and contacts for the defined Licensing Practices.
  • Support the process and integration of future company mergers and acquisitions around Licensing practices and platforms.
