The  Onsite Collaboration Engineer is responsible for support by acting as a technical consultant for customer projects, generating functional system descriptions, block flow diagrams and equipment lists to enable generation of customer proposals. The Onsite Design Engineer is also leveraged by the post sales team for project engineering and or on gong project consultation ensuring the end goal of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator, Quality Control Center, will play a crucial role in the execution of logistics operations related to Transportation within an assigned Regional Quality Control Center (QCC). Primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right equipment reaches the right location at the right time, while avoiding unnecessary cost. This role requires advanced transportation (direct tender/booking) experience, vendor management skills, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound financial decisions under pressure. Must be able to pivot between working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Readiness Engineer is responsible for ensuring that Symphony Software (SYaaS) customers are properly administered, configured, trained, and transitioned to customer success  by acting as a key stakeholder in the on-boarding process. Responsibilities include ensuring systems are configured and updated, required customer training is identified and delivered, project risks are identified and managed, and that customers achieve value as quickly as possible. Also responsible for early product support and ongoing continual improvement to on-boarding processes as well as being an active participant in “lessons learned” sessions.

As a Project Manager, you will be overseeing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific AV systems integration projects. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project, according to established AVI-SPL Project Management processes and procedures.  

As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.

Senior Programmers create and modify control system software for integrated Audio Video Systems by converting requirements into a functional user interface and control code.  Additionally, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to meet unique requirements and work with hardware and software systems and platforms to deliver a system with robust capabilities. You will also install control programs and touch panel designs onsite, offsite, and remotely. In addition, a Senior Programmer is expected to review and validate the work of other programmers.
