The Installation Technician 1 will perform installation tasks on AVI-SPL contracted projects including, but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack systems and metal fabrication per project directives and requirements, coordinating with lead Technician ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
The Account Manager is a member of AVI-SPL’s Voice Collaboration team accountable for supporting the design, sale and support of one or more primary collaboration platforms Microsoft, Cisco, Zoom, as well as select UCaaS and CCaaS platform solutions (Ring Central, Vonage, 8 by 8, Five Nine, Genesys, Nice, Avaya, Mitel) as a part of AVISPLs Unified Communications and Collaboration Strategy. This position is responsible for coordination and communication between internal AVI-SPL stakeholders, sellers, and partner teams to ensure effective planning, implementation, and lifecycle management of key processes, product development, and service delivery. The position provides input in all aspects of strategy development and implementation leveraging specific expertise in Unified Communications and Collaboration and related Information technology topics. This role is strategic in nature but will also participate in tactical efforts within the business by providing oversight, leadership, and direction to ensure UCC Cloud pre-sales, sales and delivery processes are accurate, updated and fully adopted.

The AVI-SPL Field Service Technician will work in partnership with the Global Helpdesk to provide Service support for customers at on-site locations with the end goals of restoring functionality to our customers' assets while delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.
The Installation Technician 3 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring layout for equipment and metal fabrication. The Installation Technician 3 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews on larger, more complex projects by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
The Installation Technician 4 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication. The Installation Technician 4 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews (internal or subcontracted) on large and complex projects and engage in specific system testing by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
Job Summary
Perform equipment rack fabrication, system wiring and systems installation activities at customer sites and company offices.
As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.
The Onsite Maintenance Technician will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

The Service Sales Executive position is a strategic member of AVI-SPL’s Regional Sales Organization with a concentration on the identification, development, and closing of solutions-oriented Service offerings. This role works closely with the Regional Service Sales Manager and local office leadership to target net new Customers and existing Customers that are under-served by AVI-SPL from a Service offerings perspective. Within existing accounts, will work with assigned Account Managers to expand existing offerings by bringing forward the full value of the entire Service capabilities of AVI-SPL.
To enable focus within a diverse and robust service catalogue, Services Sales will prioritize their direct involvement towards new business within multi-element Services engagements. Proper regional office and account management alignment, subject matter expertise, and redirection to appropriate sales enablement resources will be provided in support of all other recurring Services opportunities.
As a Programmer 1, you will create and modify control system software for integrated Audio Video Systems by converting requirements into a functional user interface and control code. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to meet unique requirements and work with hardware and software systems and platforms to deliver a system with robust capabilities. You will also install control programs and touch panel design onsite, offsite, and remotely. In addition, a Programmer 1 is expected to review and validate the work of an Associate Programmer.
