The Installation Technician 2 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 2 could be expected to lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives and requirements by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

The Service Sales Executive position is a strategic member of AVI-SPL’s Regional Sales Organization with a concentration on the identification, development, and closing of solutions-oriented Service offerings. This role works closely with the Regional Service Sales Manager and local office leadership to target net new Customers and existing Customers that are under-served by AVI-SPL from a Service offerings perspective. Within existing accounts, will work with assigned Account Managers to expand existing offerings by bringing forward the full value of the entire Service capabilities of AVI-SPL.   To enable focus within a diverse and robust service catalogue, Services Sales will prioritize their direct involvement towards new business within multi-element Services engagements. Proper regional office and account management alignment, subject matter expertise, and redirection to appropriate sales enablement resources will be provided in support of all other recurring Services opportunities.

The Onsite Support Technician will work in partnership with the Customer, Management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide support for AVI-SPL customers with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.   

As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.

As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.

As an Associate Project Manager you will assist Project Management resources with key project activities including communication, change management, timely and on-budget completion of project deliverables while meeting client scope and quality requirements.  All work will follow established AVI-SPL Project Management principles and procedures.  AVI-SPL will help you acquire/develop skills over time to manage smaller complexity projects with the ultimate goal to progress into the Project Manager position.

Mainly responsible for conducting the initial reviews on bid documents while also focusing on developing relationships with those local organizations.

- The Design Engineer I’s main function is to provide presales support by acting as a technical consultant to the sale force, generating functional system descriptions, block flow diagrams and equipment lists to enable generation of customer proposals. A Design Engineer is also leveraged by the post sales team for project engineering and or on gong project consultation. - The Engineering Team Lead will operate under the direction and supervision of the Engineering Manager, oversee and supervise daily activities of a set team and is considered a subject matter expert in the engineering discipline. - This role will support the pre-sales engineering function and can comprise a mix of Programmers and Engineers.

An excellent opportunity to enter the professional Audio/video space and obtain a holistic view of the industries’ leading organization inner workings.  The purpose of the AVI-SPL Regional Dispatch Coordinator role is to drive accuracy and efficiency in the field service technician scheduling process and ensure that our employees and customers receive the very best experience possible.  This role will serve as a liaison between our Global Helpdesk and Regional Service Management teams, intercepting and handling all scheduling exceptions according to an established process quickly and efficiently.    These exceptions will be the result of issues that arise in the creation, execution, and closure of a customer’s service request. 

The Installation Technician 3 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 3 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews on larger, more complex projects by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. This position will require a clearance (Secret or Top secret) and will be about 80% travel. 

The Video Conference and Meeting Coordinator oversees all administrative actions related to planning and processing of technology requests for onsite/virtual/hybrid corporate business and client meetings and technical support during on live day. Additionally, this position aids with high-profile meeting review and implementation of departmental processes and procedures.
