The Video Conference and Meeting Coordinator oversees all administrative actions related to planning and processing of technology requests for onsite/virtual/hybrid corporate business and client meetings and technical support during on live day. Additionally, this position aids with high-profile meeting review and implementation of departmental processes and procedures.  

The Audio Visual Collaboration Specialist will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.   

The Installation Technician 2 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 2 could be expected to lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives and requirements by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

The Onsite Maintenance Technician will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.   

Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in the execution of logistics operations related to Transportation within an assigned Region and/or assigned Customers. Primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right equipment reaches the right location at the right time, while avoiding unnecessary cost. This role requires advanced transportation (direct tender/booking) experience, vendor management skills, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound financial decisions under pressure. Must be able to pivot between working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for mentoring and overseeing the office installation teams. This position can have between 5 and 10 direct reports and will support the Operations/Installation Manager while serving as a field change agent to help improve overall communication, project execution, and efficiency with Installation Technicians. 

The AVI-SPL Onsite Design Engineer is responsible for presales support by acting as a technical consultant for customer projects, generating functional system descriptions, block flow diagrams and equipment lists to enable generation of customer proposals. The Onsite Design Engineer is also leveraged by the post sales team for project engineering and or on gong project consultation ensuring the end goal of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

The AVI-SPL Senior Service Technician will work in partnership with the Global Helpdesk to provide Service support for customers at customer sites with the end goals of restoring functionality to our customers’ assets while delivering a world-class Customer Service experience. 

The Onsite Support Technician will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

The Installation Technician 1 will perform installation tasks on AVI-SPL contracted projects including, but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack systems and metal fabrication per project directives and requirements, coordinating with lead Technician ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.  

As a Project Manager, you will be overseeing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific AV systems integration projects. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project, according to established AVI-SPL Project Management processes and procedures.

The AVI-SPL Onsite Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific Systems Integration projects for AVI-SPL customers – typically working on customer premises. This role will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements with the end goals of delivering a world-class customer service experience.  

This position is primarily focused on supporting HR initiatives and strategies related to organizational development & change management.
