The Onsite Meeting Support Professional will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.
The AVI-SPL Senior Service Technician will work in partnership with the Global Helpdesk to provide Service support for customers at customer sites with the end goals of restoring functionality to our customers’ assets while delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.
The AVI-SPL Field Service Technician will work in partnership with the Global Helpdesk to provide Service support for customers at on-site locations with the end goals of restoring functionality to our customers' assets while delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.
As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.
This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.
Generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base.

The Installation Technician 2 could be expected to lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives and requirements by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
The Installation Technician 3 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring layout for equipment and metal fabrication. The Installation Technician 3 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews on larger, more complex projects by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the technical delivery of AV Integration projects. You will review new projects, finalizing documentation such as the bill of materials, drawings, infrastructure requirements, network coordination in preparation for installation and commissioning. During project implementation, you will provide guidance and resolve technical questions with all project team resources including project management, fabrication, and field teams.
- The Solution Architect will engage Globally, with Direct Sales or Channel Sales contacts to ensure Customer Requirements are well defined including existing equipment inventory through to End User Experience requirements for core service functions.
- This role is considered to be the subject matter expert “SME” for comprehensive Service Solutions (CARE maintenance services, Managed Services, Hosted Services, along with various engagement models including on-site staffing, remote support, and cloud based models).

The Onsite Maintenance Engineermanages, maintains and is responsible for all service and repairs of client’s audio visual and integrated conference room components / equipment. This role interfaces directly with client's daily and his / her responsibilities include maintaining daily functionality of all audio visual and integrated conference rooms.
