The Installation Supervisor is responsible for mentoring and overseeing the office installation teams. This position can have between 5 and 10 direct reports and will support the Operations/Installation Manager while serving as a field change agent to help improve overall communication, project execution, and efficiency with Installation Technicians. 

As a Programmer, you will create and modify control system software for integrated Audio Video Systems by converting requirements into a functional user interface and control code. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to meet unique requirements and work with hardware and software systems and platforms to deliver a system with robust capabilities. This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.

The Onsite Maintenance Technician will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.   

Generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base.

The Programming Supervisor manages the delivery, development, and implementation of software solution for internal and external clients. This function includes resource management, delivery management, and service oversight of software projects installed on customer sites. The Programming Supervisor will be responsible for supervising technical employees to ensure software solutions are met for internal and external customers.  This individual must have excellent multi-tasking and organization skills.
