Job Summary
• Perform basic installation tasks for audiovisual projects including but not limited to: pulling cable installing connectors mounting projects and metal fabrication.
As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site. This position will be within our Strategic Accounts Team and is fully remote. Ability to create and update basic AV drawings utilizing CAD is strongly preferred. This position will also help support the Design Engineer for pre-sales. At time, traveling to site may be needed to assist in final commissioning and client testing.

The Installation Technician 3 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews on larger, more complex projects by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
As a Programmer, you will create and modify control system software for integrated Audio Video Systems by converting requirements into a functional user interface and control code. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to meet unique requirements and work with hardware and software systems and platforms to deliver a system with robust capabilities. You will also install control programs and touch panel design onsite, offsite, and remotely. In addition, a Programmer is expected to review and validate the work of an Associate Programmer.

The Conference Services Supervisor is responsible to ensure their team is applying developed best practices with a focus on delivering the optimum customer experience within the day-to-day operation of the Conference Services team. The Supervisor is responsible for both employee engagement and the day to day end-to-end customer experience. The Supervisor assists the Manager with process creation and alterations employee performance management technical enquires customer escalations and the successful facilitation of the expected future growth and expansion of the video managed services team.
This role is one of growth and development through management of the team with a focus on allowing his or her direct reports to advance in their own growth with required direction. This position requires excellent customer service organizational time management and interpersonal skills. Supplementary to these are integrated AV/VC hardware troubleshooting skills as well as company and industry-recognized hardware manufacturer trainings and certifications. This role involves working closely with colleagues across other Global Service Operation Centers (GSOC) with similar capabilities and the wider AVI-SPL group to make best use of the extensive skills base.

The Installation Technician 2 could be expected to lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives and requirements by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.
