The Onsite Maintenance Engineer will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience. US Government TS clearance (with the ability to obtain TS/SCI) is required.

Generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing new accounts, maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base.

This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.

The Installation Technician 2 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 2 could be expected to lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives and requirements by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

As a Project Manager, you will be overseeing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific AV systems integration projects. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project, according to established AVI-SPL Project Management processes and procedures.  

- A Design Engineer II’s main function is to provide presales support by acting as a technical consultant to the sale force, generating functional system descriptions, block flow diagrams and equipment lists to enable generation of customer proposals. This role is also leveraged by the post sales team for project engineering and or on gong project consultation. In addition, a Design Engineer III is expected to review and validate the work of a Design Engineer I.

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for mentoring and overseeing the office installation teams. This position can have between 5 and 10 direct reports and will support the Operations/Installation Manager while serving as a field change agent to help improve overall communication, project execution, and efficiency with Installation Technicians.  Candidate must have Connecticut Electrical License Low Voltage or Higher.  L2, T2, C6, E2.  We do offer a state-sponsored apprenticeship for candidates that do not have one of these licenses.

Additionally, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to meet unique requirements and work with hardware and software systems and platforms to deliver a system with robust capabilities. You will also install control programs and touch panel design onsite, offsite, and remotely. In addition, a Programmer 1 is expected to review and validate the work of an Associate Programmer.
