The Installation Technician 3 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring layout for equipment and metal fabrication. The Installation Technician 3 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews on larger, more complex projects by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. This position will require a clearance (Secret or Top secret) and will be about 80% travel.

The Customer Renewal Specialist is responsible for working with their client base on conducting timely service renewals with a high focus on retention and expansion. They will manage the service renewal process in the dedicated region for a specific list of customers, including but not limited to initial contact with the client, verification of the services offered, working in partnership with the service proposal specialists, customer presentation of the renewal and ultimately closing the renewal.

This role is also leveraged by the post sales team for project engineering and or on gong project consultation. In addition, a Design Engineer III is expected to review and validate the work of a Design Engineer I.
As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.
