- A Design Engineer II’s main function is to provide presales support by acting as a technical consultant to the sale force, generating functional system descriptions, block flow diagrams and equipment lists to enable generation of customer proposals. This role is also leveraged by the post sales team for project engineering and or on gong project consultation. In addition, a Design Engineer III is expected to review and validate the work of a Design Engineer I.

As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.

As an Associate Project Manager you will assist Project Management resources with key project activities including communication, change management, timely and on-budget completion of project deliverables while meeting client scope and quality requirements.  All work will follow established AVI-SPL Project Management principles and procedures.  AVI-SPL will help you acquire/develop skills over time to manage smaller complexity projects with the ultimate goal to progress into the Project Manager position.

The Installation Technician 2 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 2 could be expected to lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives and requirements by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

As the AVI-SPL Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the technology deployment program, foundational to the delivery of world-class guest experiences at AVI-SPL clients. You will be the primarily responsible individual for communications amongst multiple vendor teams and client FTEs, aligning available resources to form a consistent service. You will monitor and support the program health, the Lifecycle and Health of the Platform service, and its constituent product's life cycles.  This role will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements with the end goals of delivering a world-class customer service experience.   The ideal individual for this role is a detail oriented, articulate communicator interested in enterprise software testing and deployment, with experience maintaining and supporting a multi-year program with an evolving set of stakeholders.

This test environment is used to test the deployment of new exhibits and features to existing exhibits before they are deployed to a production environment. These exhibits range from google products to proprietary show control systems developed by the Experience Studio Engineering team.   In addition to maintaining and testing, the Lab Technicians are level 3 support for the production centers. If the Site Techs or Technical service managers escalate an issue or request, the Lab Technicians will diagnose and resolve the issue or escalate to the Technical Integration Leads or Engineering teams respectfully.   Lab Technicians need to have a full understanding of many different technologies/disciplines to provide the best possible support for both the production centers and lab space. Lab Technicians need to understand every little detail pertaining to how a center or lab is structured in order to quickly diagnose and resolve potential issues. This includes, but not limited to, hardware (both AV equipment and OS driven machines), networking (usually OSI layers 1-3), scripting support (our exhibit machines are deployed / maintained via scripts), python and javascript support (our exhibits are primarily JS and python based).

The AVI-SPL Senior Service Technician will work in partnership with the Global Helpdesk to provide Service support for customers at customer sites with the end goals of restoring functionality to our customers’ assets while delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.
