As a Meeting Support Professional, you will be the primary onsite point of contact that will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Help-desk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.  Your role is to facilitate smooth operations, address technical needs promptly, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.  

The Installation Technician 2 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication. The Installation Technician 2 could be expected to lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives and requirements by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. 

The Onsite Support Auditorium Technician is responsible for collaborating with our client’s management team and other company employees to deliver an array of customer service focusing on integration, installation, and break fix assistance in high level conference rooms, multipurpose rooms and auditoriums.  

The AVI-SPL Onsite Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific Systems Integration projects for AVI-SPL customers – typically working on customer premises. This role will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements with the end goals of delivering a world-class customer service experience.

Design, specify and manage installation of integrated systems.

As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.

This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.
