The General Manager is responsible providing overall direction and management to the operation and administrative aspects of the branch office in addition to driving sales and productivity as well as P&L and budget management to ensure business profitability.

The role of Customer Success Manager is responsible for retaining, building and growing the software and licensing customer base. This key strategic position requires a customer focused individual, motivated and engaged by delivering service excellence and who is a proven leader of customer success functions. The role is responsible for ensuring customers maximize value from their investment, enabling them to fully leverage their software or license subscription, establishing and advancing their adoption and utilization in order to advance their business outcomes. They will work closely with Sales and act as a bridge between various teams to establish a platform for ongoing success.

You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. Auditorium Support Engineer The AVI-SPL Auditorium Support Engineer will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

AVI-SPL is hiring a Senior Production Technician proficient in studio, remote, and virtual productions, encompassing technical directing, camera operation, audio mixing, teleprompter, and lighting, as well as live streaming and events.

The Installation Technician 3 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 3 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews on larger, more complex projects by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

The Installation Technician 2 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 2 could be expected to lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives and requirements by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

The Readiness Engineer is responsible for ensuring that Symphony Software (SYaaS) customers are properly administered, configured, trained, and transitioned to customer success  by acting as a key stakeholder in the on-boarding process. Responsibilities include ensuring systems are configured and updated, required customer training is identified and delivered, project risks are identified and managed, and that customers achieve value as quickly as possible. Also responsible for early product support and ongoing continual improvement to on-boarding processes as well as being an active participant in “lessons learned” sessions.

The Channel Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of AVI-SPL by cultivating and managing strong relationships with our channel partners. By leveraging these partnerships, the Channel Manager will maximize market reach, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to significant revenue growth.
