The Installation Technician 4 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 4 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews (internal or subcontracted) on large and complex projects and engage in specific system testing by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

The Installation Technician 3 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 3 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews on larger, more complex projects by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

The Onsite Support Technician will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordination and communication between key client and internal AVI-SPL stakeholders for large client program/portfolio accounts to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction attainment.  This role is strategic in nature but will also lead tactical efforts within the account(s) by providing oversight, leadership and direction to ensure essential roles are properly staffed and KPI metrics are achieved.  

The Program Manager, Global Accounts is a member of AVI-SPL’s senior project management organization accountable for all operations and service responsibilities for the Global Account(s) to which they are assigned.  This position is responsible for coordination and communication between key client and internal AVI-SPL stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction attainment throughout all aspects of the sales, project & service lifecycle.  This role is strategic in nature but will also lead tactical efforts within the account(s) by providing oversight, leadership and direction to ensure essential roles are properly staffed and KPI metrics are achieved.

As a Project Manager, you will be overseeing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific AV systems integration projects. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project, according to established AVI-SPL Project Management processes and procedures.  

Job Summary • Assist in the management of AV systems integration projects to achieve time scope budget quality safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

As a Programmer 2, you will create and modify control system software for integrated Audio Video Systems by converting requirements into a functional user interface and control code.  Additionally, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to meet unique requirements and work with hardware and software systems and platforms to deliver a system with robust capabilities.  You will also install control programs and touch panel designs onsite, offsite, and remotely.  In addition, a Programmer 2 is expected to review and validate the work of and mentor a Programmer 1 and Associate Programmer. Crestron C#, HTML-5, and CSS deplyoment experience is needed.

As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.

The Installation Technician 1 will perform installation tasks on AVI-SPL contracted projects including, but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack systems and metal fabrication per project directives and requirements, coordinating with lead Technician ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.  

The Service Sales Executive position is a strategic member of AVI-SPL’s Regional Sales Organization with a concentration on the identification, development, and closing of solutions-oriented Service offerings.
