As a Project Manager, you will be overseeing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific AV systems integration projects. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project, according to established AVI-SPL Project Management process and procedures.

The Onsite Maintenance Technician will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.   

The Onsite Support Technician will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

The Installation Technician 3 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, downloading/uploading programming files, minor programming changes, remote assistance, rack fabrication and wiring layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 3 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews on larger, more complex projects by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. 

Generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base.   This position has a base salary and uncapped commissions.

 The Operations Manager will effectively manage technical and financial operations for the project design, integration and service of audiovisual systems. Additionally, the Operations Manager will oversee internal activities including all engineering, CAD, programming, field engineering, shop activities, installation and repair services, on-going engineering project support, and project sign off. The Operations Manager will also supervise external activities including all outsourced or sub-contract work in support of project installation activities

This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complex Audio-Visual systems during and post build. This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.

The Design Engineer transforms customer needs into actionable solutions through system design and detailed documentation. You will work closely with sales team members, including Account Managers, to understand client requirements, identify potential risks and communicate with stakeholders.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining standardized warehousing practices across all AVI-SPL warehouse locations, with a primary focus on U.S. operations. This includes overseeing all aspects of warehouse functions such as receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, and outbound logistics. The role also plays a key part in optimizing warehouse layout and operational flow to ensure safety, efficiency, and alignment with industry standards.

As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the technical delivery of AV Integration projects. You will review new projects, finalizing documentation such as the bill of materials, drawings, infrastructure requirements, network coordination in preparation for installation and commissioning.  During project implementation, you will provide guidance and resolve technical questions with all project team resources including project management, fabrication, and field teams.

The Installation Technician 2 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 2 could be expected to lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives and requirements by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

Job Summary The Digital Media Solutions Engineering team is primarily responsible for the planning, design, and deployment of Unified Communications systems. This role will be responsible for implementing and integrating on-premise or cloud based platform solutions, of complex or large scale, on a customer’s premise or remotely, within the AVI-SPL Digital Media Solutions Portfolio. The Digital Media Solutions Engineering team provides other forms of consultancy to include customized administrator and user training, adoption services, as well as system and need analysis.
