As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.

The Technical Producer will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.

Generate sales for audio visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base.

A Senior Design Engineer’s main function is to provide presales support by acting as a technical consultant to the sale force with generating functional system descriptions, block flow diagrams, estimating hours, highlighting logistical challenges for the sales team to consider while pricing the opportunity, and equipment lists to enable generation of customer proposals. A Senior Design Engineer is also leveraged by the post sales team for project engineering and or on gong project consultation. The Audio Visual and Event Support Technician will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.  This role will require the highest level of white glove support, executive presence, and meeting coordination skills, to provide a delightful customer experience.

The Program Manager, Global Accounts is a member of AVI-SPL’s senior project management organization accountable for all operations and service responsibilities for the Global Account(s) to which they are assigned.  This position is responsible for coordination and communication between key client and internal AVI-SPL stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction attainment throughout all aspects of the sales, project & service lifecycle.  This role is strategic in nature but will also lead tactical efforts within the account(s) by providing oversight, leadership and direction to ensure essential roles are properly staffed and KPI metrics are achieved.
