The Installation Technician 1 will perform installation tasks on AVI-SPL contracted projects including, but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack systems and metal fabrication per project directives and requirements, coordinating with lead Technician ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.  

This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.

As a Service Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with our regional offices to position and close solutions-oriented Service offerings. The Installation Supervisor is responsible for mentoring and overseeing the office installation teams. This position can have between 5 and 10 direct reports and will support the Operations/Installation Manager while serving as a field change agent to help improve overall communication, project execution, and efficiency with Installation Technicians.

- The Solution Architect will engage Globally, with Direct Sales or Channel Sales contacts to ensure Customer Requirements are well defined including existing equipment inventory through to End User Experience requirements for core service functions.   - This role is considered to be the subject matter expert “SME” for comprehensive Service Solutions (CARE maintenance services, Managed Services, Hosted Services, along with various engagement models including on-site staffing, remote support, and cloud based models).

The Installation Technician 4 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews (internal or subcontracted) on large and complex projects and engage in specific system testing by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
