As a Project Manager, you will be overseeing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific AV systems integration projects. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project, according to established AVI-SPL Project Management process and procedures.
The Design Engineer 2 transforms customer needs into actionable solutions through system design and detailed documentation. You will work closely with sales team members, including Account Managers, to understand client requirements, identify potential risks and communicate with stakeholders.
XTG Senior Project Engineers will research solutions, coordinate information with partners and vendors, and support technical troubleshooting during in-process installations, owning the outcomes of the final product of our largest and most complex AV Integration projects. This role will support the Simulation (Medical, Racing, Flight) Center of Excellence for XTG (Experience Technology Group) with emphasis on Medical Simulation systems for capture, recording, processing, and distribution of audiovisual content within a business context.
The Installation Technician 1 will perform installation tasks on AVI-SPL contracted projects including, but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack systems and metal fabrication per project directives and requirements, coordinating with lead Technician ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed, and possibly some travel.

This role requires expertise in AV and UC technologies, and UC cloud administration environments and mentorship to other engineers. The role involves managing escalated cases, coordinating field dispatches and parts, validating system designs, and supporting new service deployments, requiring strong technical expertise, decisive problem-solving under pressure, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, global support environment.
The Technical Support Representative (TSR) delivers prompt, professional support for Unified Communications solutions by monitoring systems, managing service cases, coordinating dispatches and preventative maintenance, and communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting experience in AV/VTC/UCC environments, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
