You will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project, according to established AVI-SPL Project Management processes and procedures.  

- A Design Engineer II’s main function is to provide presales support by acting as a technical consultant to the sale force, generating functional system descriptions, block flow diagrams and equipment lists to enable generation of customer proposals. This role is also leveraged by the post sales team for project engineering and or on gong project consultation. In addition, a Design Engineer III is expected to review and validate the work of a Design Engineer I.

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for mentoring and overseeing the office installation teams. This position can have between 5 and 10 direct reports and will support the Operations/Installation Manager while serving as a field change agent to help improve overall communication, project execution, and efficiency with Installation Technicians.  Candidate must have Connecticut Electrical License Low Voltage or Higher.  L2, T2, C6, E2.  We do offer a state-sponsored apprenticeship for candidates that do not have one of these licenses.

Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in the execution of logistics operations related to Transportation within an assigned Region and/or assigned Customers. Primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right equipment reaches the right location at the right time, while avoiding unnecessary cost. As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.

The Production Location Lead will lead the onsite production team for an established multi-channel retailer company. This key role is responsible for: - overseeing the day-to-day operations, coordination, and execution of all onsite productions; - partnering with the client events team and hosts to collaborate on production support needs; - managing the AVI-SPL staff within the assigned location; and - providing direct event coordination support for assigned productions and events as needed.

The Installation Technician 1 will perform installation tasks on AVI-SPL contracted projects including, but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack systems and metal fabrication per project directives and requirements, coordinating with lead Technician ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.  

This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.

The Installation Technician 3 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 3 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews on larger, more complex projects by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
