As a Programmer 1, you will create and modify control system software for integrated Audio Video Systems by converting requirements into a functional user interface and control code. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to meet unique requirements and work with hardware and software systems and platforms to deliver a system with robust capabilities. You will also install control programs and touch panel design onsite, offsite, and remotely. In addition, a Programmer 1 is expected to review and validate the work of an Associate Programmer.
The Onsite Audio Visual Support Technician will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience. Employee will demonstrate exceptional white-glove service in addition to strong technical break/fix skills in integrated conference centers and auditorium spaces.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.
