The Onsite Support Technician will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

As a Project Manager, you will be overseeing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific AV systems integration projects. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. Auditorium Support Engineer The AVI-SPL Auditorium Support Engineer will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.   

As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. The Installation Technician 3 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring layout for equipment and metal fabrication.   The Installation Technician 3 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews on larger, more complex projects by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

The Readiness Engineer is responsible for ensuring that Symphony Software (SYaaS) customers are properly administered, configured, trained, and transitioned to customer success  by acting as a key stakeholder in the on-boarding process. A Senior Design Engineer’s main function is to provide presales support by acting as a technical consultant to the sale force by generating functional system descriptions, block flow diagrams, estimating hours, highlighting logistical challenges for the sales team to consider while pricing the opportunity, and creating equipment lists to enable the generation of customer proposals. A Senior Design Engineer is also leveraged by the post sales team for project engineering and or ongoing project consultation.
