- This position is responsible for the management of the daily operations of the on-site teams including: Digital, Video, Helpdesk Services, Project Services as provided to the client outlined in the SOW/Contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
- Development and implementation of daily operational procedures, schedules, systems, processes and procedures pertaining to all aspects of contracted services including but not limited to order process flow, order execution process, trouble issues escalation, and intra-office communications
- Participate in operational meetings, develop solutions, and collect data for reporting
- Provide personnel management of employees assigned to the account; provide direction and leadership within smaller team environment.
- Performs HR activities for the team including, hiring, performance reviews, salary justifications, team building, disciplinary actions, and off boarding
- Concentrates primarily on service delivery and improvements
- Provide liaison for client, company, and their respective affiliate companies

- Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL driving standards
Education and/or Experience |
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor degree in Management, Communications, or Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management or in similar or related field
- Extensive experience developing and implementing business processes and streamlining operations
- Demonstrated experience in providing Account Management technical and support services in corporate environment
