WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Virtual Meeting Support Specialist will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities:
• Provide direct assistance to end users in the operation of the AV/UC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks & services on AV/UC systems.
• Perform maintenance support on all AV/UC systems including but not limited to basic troubleshooting and system fault isolation, projector lamp changes, filter cleaning, etc.
• Provide setup and operational support for events.
• Possess the training and experience to resolve minor problems
• Ensure compliance with all Customer safety and procedural guidelines
Customer Specific Responsibilities:
• Provide minor technical assistance and concierge support in managed Zoom Webinars & Events
• Event planning, Pre-event checks, managing & sharing content
• Assist with end user training
• Self-sufficient and stem increasing workload of managed events
• Primarily in-office support with limited capability to work remotely
