Job Summary

 

  • Provide planning and analysis support to the sales organization our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM platform by maintaining data integrity, optimizing workflows, managing user access, and supporting reporting needs.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales module), ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, views, and reports to support sales operations and leadership insights.
  • Support CRM-related projects, including system enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes.
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity across accounts, leads, opportunities, and contacts.
  • Train users and provide ongoing support and documentation.
  • Manage lead and opportunity routing logic, hierarchies, and business rules.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or external vendors as needed.
  • Stay up to date on CRM best practices and Dynamics 365 updates and enhancements.
  • Other duties assigned as needed

 

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to analyze CRM data structures and create models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights into sales leadership and management.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving CRM adoption and acting as a change agent for process improvement and data integrity initiatives.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at analyzing complex sales and operational data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms.
  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel (pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint (presentation building), and Word (documentation).
  • Ability to negotiate conflicts and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.

 

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Communications, or a related discipline is required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification) are a plus.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales operations processes, including pipeline management, account planning, and forecasting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
