WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

 

Dedicated Program Management Resource will manage the day-to- day business flow to help develop the aspects of the overall AV/UC collaboration program. Duties to include:

 

                Program Management

  • Manage AV Integrators, project management, and internal client project resources to manage schedules and deliverables, ensuring that timelines are met.
  • Provides client escalation point for AV Integrator project managers/program managers.
  • Escalates critical items to client leadership and provides follow through to completion.
  • Provides direction to AV Integrators regarding scope of work, standards, and prioritization of work and drives timely and successful implementation.
  • Provides cross-departmental coordination at AVI SPL to ensure that client deliverables are provided in a timely manner.
  • Continue utilization of the existing Smartsheet system to schedule and track critical dependencies, tasks, and milestones. Accountable for the timely, successful conclusion of AV projects within the program.
  • Manages service level agreements (SLAs) for the program including escalation workflows, reporting, and compliance. SLAs vary between various suppliers.
  • Work with client to understand the various service plans with the integrator fleet, assist in the creation of a tracking mechanism for maintenance to help integrators adhere to the maintenance schedule.
  • Ensures that AV project closeout processes are performed in a timely manner and rooms are turned over to maintenance cycle.

 

              (c) AV Integrator Management

  • Conduct vendor meetings as required to ensure AV integrator coordination on project work, standards, priorities, and designs.
  • Utilize appropriate change control measures to coordinate and communicate project and design changes with AV Integrators.
  • Drive design standards across integrators
  • Coordinate integrator working sessions with integrators to review discuss issues, design deviations, look ahead, schedules, etc.
  • Monitor integrator compliance with Smartsheet input. Make sure that Smartsheet shows accurate data in accordance with the agreed to

 

              (d) Development of AV Standards

  • Collaborates with client and AV Integrators to help drive the development of design and process standards and ensures standards across Integrators.
  • Maintain standards and processes and utilizes appropriate change control measures when updates are required and communicates updates to relevant parties.
  • Creates and implement AV Industry Best Practices within client program and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Perform project audits where appropriate to ensure that enterprise standards and processes are being followed.
  • Collaborate with other partners and vendors to ensure standards are achievable across the enterprise

 

              (e) Provide Engineering Coordination Support

  • Facilitate client meetings and provide agenda and meeting notes
  • Support the ongoing maintenance/support of technical assets to ensure firmware, bug fixes, driver updates, etc. are managed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with engineering team when engineering related issues (service tickets) are found that require research and resolution.
  • Develop plan and provide ongoing support for version control.
  • Added bullet: Collaborate with client project team to understand UC Lab needs and help to navigate.  Client requirements with AVI SPL for testing, support, and road mapping.

 

 

              (f) AV Hardware Vendor Management

  • Help personnel with suppliers, manufacturers, and other service providers as needed to coordinate equipment issues, escalations, and long lead times.
  • Partner with manufacturers and other service providers to ensure client is up to date on the latest equipment, market trends, and services that may play into the client UC roadmap.
  • Work with client to understand roadmap and where we are going on our hybrid work environment journey and help to coordinate live demonstrations with manufacturers, UC lab equipment, and demo (loaner) equipment.

 

              (g) Communications and program documentation

  • Ensure appropriate stakeholder communications are provided across the program.
  • Provide program updates via documentation/presentations to client project team leaders on program status.
  • Develop and manage program documentation including organization of documents in the client teams document repository.
  • Conduct meetings as required and provide appropriate agenda and meeting notes.

Nice-To-Haves:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AV technology or Enterprise Technology management.
  • Formal education in Audio Visual, Construction, Technology or related

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
