WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our Sales Enablement Team. You will be responsible for leading the development a comprehensive training program for new hires in the sales organization, overseeing the training initiatives for all sales employees and influencing what curriculum is required. The Sales Enablement Lead is a key figure within a sales organization, focused on empowering sales teams with the necessary knowledge, materials, and tools to enhance their selling abilities. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between sales strategy and execution, ensuring that our sales professionals are well-equipped to engage with prospects and customers effectively. This role will partner and collaborate with the Learning and Development Team to build an outstanding sales onboarding and continued education program. This is a remote work position requiring some travel. You will be pivotal in designing, deploying, and evaluating training programs to enhance the performance and development of our sales professionals.

 

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

 

Develop and Implement Training Strategies:

  • Lead the development of measurable best-in-class talent management programs for the sales organization.
  • Redesign sales job descriptions, interviewing guides, development, and career paths.
  • Lead the development of salesperson and sales leader competency and assessment frameworks.
  • Evaluate and identify the training needs of the sales team.
  • Help to develop sales comprehensive training programs and curricula for the sales organization.
  • Design onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Provide sales representatives with clear guidelines, best practices, and effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain a repository of sales resources.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Keep sales teams updated with current product/solution information.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Continuously adapt and enhance sales strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Develop new college graduate sales hire program.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

Must-Haves:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience highlighting a combination of program management and instructional/user experience design.
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Strong track record in delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellence in written communication, project documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create engaging educational content.
  • A drive to uncover areas for improvement; a passion for assisting others on their learning journey; and a desire to create innovative solutions.
  • Experience developing and delivering curriculum and learning programs from scratch, and partnering with subject matter experts to do the same.

 

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience using design tools including Articulate Suite, Vyond or other video creation tool, and AI content development tools.
  • A proven ability to quickly ramp up new products and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an appetite for distilling sophisticated information to what matters most. Simpler is better.
  • A “how can we make this better?” mentality. You recognize that “flawless” is not an end state, and continually drive for program improvement.

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
