WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Advocacy for Change: Actively support and promote the need for change and articulate the benefits and positive outcomes of the change to create enthusiasm and gain support within the organization.
  • Develop Change Management Strategies: Design comprehensive change management strategies tailored to specific projects and initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness plans.
  • Communications: Assist in the development and execution of communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Ensure that messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with the organization's objectives. Communicate the vision, goals and progress of the initiative. Foster an environment of open feedback, listening to and addressing concerns.
  • Training & Development Programs: Identify training needs and create training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to adopt changes effectively. Assist in design and facilitation of training programs to prepare users for the change
  • Conduct Impact Assessments: Assess the impact of changes on employees, processes, and systems. Develop mitigation plans to address potential risks and resistance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and buy-in throughout the change process. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees and regional/office leaders, to act as a liaison between change leadership and employees.
  • Monitor and Measure Effectiveness: Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of change management efforts. Gather feedback, track progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support Project Teams: Work closely with project managers and teams to integrate change management activities into project plans. Provide guidance and support to ensure that change initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Champion Change Initiatives: Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Encourage and support employees to embrace new ways of working. Demonstrate desired behaviors and values associated with the change.

 

Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support the team and organization, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and objectives. 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

Must-Haves:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in change management. Project management, organizational development, or related roles are desirable. Experience in technology related change management is preferred.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Certifications: Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct impact assessments and measure change effectiveness.
    • Strong emotional intelligence behaviors to understand and empathize with emotional impact of change.
    • Help celebrate success throughout the life cycle of change initiatives
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including modern SharePoint and change management software/tools

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
