The Product Development Engineer, Voice Services is responsible for technical design and validation of service products throughout the product life cycle to ensure service products are simple, scalable, supportable, and secure.
The Product Development Engineer, Voice Services works in partnership with assigned Product Managers to develop new service solutions and improvements to existing service offers based on the published product development roadmap to produce technical design, deployment, and support specifications that assist in the realization of defined product requirements including customer experience, functionality, and margin objectives. The Product Development engineer will maintain intimate knowledge of the AV and Collaboration industry and AVI-SPL delivery capability through technical certification, market and competitive research and alignment with UCC Engineering, Solution Architects, Design Engineers, Global Services leadership, and direct partner and customer interaction.
The Product Development Engineer, Voice Services will proactively submit concepts for new product development and improvements to existing product offers that enrich AVI-SPL’s competitive positioning, align with market demand, and improve customer experience or drive delivery efficiencies.
Product Development Engineering directives will be assigned by the VP of Products & Solutions based on Product Development, Management and/or Project Operations priorities.

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
