Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a global strategic Enterprise strategy for XTG and go-to-market (GTM) plan aligned to AVI-SPL’s strategic business plan
- Manage both the existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR) with assigned strategic partners. Report of progress, alignment, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Partner with appropriate leads to develop positioning, messaging, and branding for new lines of business or practice, internal brands, and portfolio additions.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long term sales pipeline in accordance with quarterly and annual targets
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies
- Plan and oversee implementation of brand messaging framework, playbook, creative, and engagement plan for each new customer opportunity
- Oversee proposal responses, including detailed RFP requirement, in partnership with AVI-SPL Regional Management and Account Management teams.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking events and presentations
- Collaborate closely with other XTG team members and regional business units to achieve common goals and to create customer success
- Plan to achieve quarterly bookings goals and as contribution toward the overall XTG annual business plan

- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects successfully and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and consensus-building skills – ability to work with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
Education and / or Experience
- Minimum of a B.A. in related field or equitable work experience
- 5-10+ years of Business Development Experience

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
