Job Summary

 Responsible for assisting with Time and Material project coordination/management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 Review time and material project requests and deliver full scope of work to requestor for review

 Work within CRM platform and ServiceNow for project proposals and time and material proposal delivery
 Collaborate with external and internal clients on clarifying scope of work
 Deliver time and material quotes to team as necessary
 Coordinate dispatch for projects (internal and sub contracted technicians)
 Ensure to open and close cases in the service application
 Maintain professional timely responses and flow for open projects as assigned
 Input parts requests within the system as needed
 Capture and file all correspondence and documentation (SWO) associated with projects within the system
 Confirm final pricing with client and raise any concerns or issues to Management
 Deliver status reports as needed
 Compile and report all final pertinent information (Hours spent final costs receipts)
Other duties assigned as needed

 Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
 Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
 Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
 Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
 Effective communication and interaction with employees clients and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
 Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills
 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
 Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

Education and/or Experience
 Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
 Minimum 2-3 years' similar Project Coordinator experience preferred

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
