Description

Job Summary

Responsible for providing consistency and oversight related to all proposal work utilizing workflows and processes defined. Responsible for all work related to proposal support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all organizational aspects and required response materials for day-to-day proposals ensuring security and integrity of all proposal documents
  • Lead for coordinating internal flow and review of all proposal outputs
  • Coordinates schedules and all associated meetings
  • Creates proposal plan, schedules: tasks, internal milestones, defines SMEs required, compliance matrix, tailored template/outline, writing assignments, defines required collateral
  • Provides case study, references (tracks usage) and project team bios
  • Manages overall process of proposal work to ensure compliance and timelines
  • Assists with proposal delivery in portal, etc. as applicable
  • Contributes to continuous performance and quality improvements
  • Helps to manage collateral in centralized data base and ensures deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Establish professional relationships with sales personnel
  • Responsible to adher to all training requirements and succsessfully implement in day-to-day work
  • Complete any other work as assigned by GPC Manager

  • Demonstrated seller focus and client communication skills
  • Skills to work in fast paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Education and/or Experience:


• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English or Bachelor of Sciences (BS) or equivalent certifications preferred
Minimum 2-3 years’ similar proposal and vendor form completion work experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience utilizing company intranet and Service Desk applications a plus

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
