The GPC Administrator is responsible for supporting the Global Proposal Center (GPC) with general department operation activites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
- Provide administrative support with completing all types of presales form work in a timely manner (vendor, subcontractor, proposal related, etc.)
- Provide support with managing all collateral in centralized data base
- Assist with keeping all collateral updated in centralized data base
- Assist Proposal Specialists with any proposal requests
- Contribute to continuance performance and quality improvements
- Provide timely monthly reporting for all customer contracted portals
- Provide relevant and required information in 3rd Party Compliance Platforms and keep in 'pass' state
- Maintain company Bios through creation, updating and posting in applicable tools
- Other duties assigned as needed
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Ability to work and think independently and ensure completion of required deadlines
- Ability to handle fast pace work environment
- Ability to handle, manage and maintain large ticket load (20 - 30+ open concurrent tickets)
- Must have organizational acumen to ensure departmental success and efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to apply training to daily workload
- Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Demonstrated experience utilizing company intranet and Service Desk applications a plus
Education and/or Experience |
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English or Bachelor of Sciences (BS) or equivalent certifications preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years’ similar work experience preferred

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
