Description

Job Summary

  • Maintain fleet effectiveness through proactive projects, issue resolution, deployment and system administration, specializing in:
    • Customer proprietary solutions, network infrastructure, and high-performance media.
    • Fleet configuration, monitoring infrastructure stability, and validating new activation releases.
  • The Experiential Fleet Operations team provides other forms of consultancy to include customized administrator and user training, adoption services, as well as system and needs analysis.
  • Coordinate OS updates, internal software, code builds, and new configurations, working remotely or onsite as needed.
  • Design and support appropriate solutions based on existing environment, create detailed design documentations, evaluate and test new and evolving technologies and performance.
  • Complete planned maintenance and resolve escalated issues within SLA.
    • Conduct root cause analyses and recommend hardware/software replacements or recertifications.
    • Support event setups and experiential site operations as needed.
  • Create and update documentation on training, runbooks, best practices, known issues, and escalation protocols.
  • Deployment, Integration and Testing Experiential Fleet infrastructure.
  • Participate in key projects of clients to provide recommendations and guidance for system migrations.
  • Assist Experiential Fleet Incident Team with configuration changes, troubleshooting and Incident management, as necessary.
  • Gain/Maintain strong internal business process knowledge of end-to-end customer life cycle support for Managed Services Solutions

 

Must Haves:

  • High proficiency with Linux (Bash/Python scripting), Windows (PowerShell scripting), and Mac OS (AppleScript).
  • Familiarity with online video production technologies (e.g., Cobalt encoders, Ross video switchers).
  • Experience with web apps/web development (e.g., JavaScript) and Gerrit code review.
  • Strong documentation skills and adaptability to learn and teach innovative technologies.

 

Desired Experience

  • Knowledge of IT network protocols, Google Cloud, databases, and SQL.
  • Experience with MQTT, RabbitMQ, and VNC, secure shell, and various devices such as Crestron, Ross Dashboard, Qsys, Dante, and Raspberry Pi.
  • Fleet management software (e.g., UEM) and enterprise network switches.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation, advanced network configurations (e.g., VLAN, QoS).
  • Experience with LED video walls, Yamaha audio consoles, QSC systems, and corporate/event lighting.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret line diagrams in technical documents.

 

Nice To Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in networking or computer science.
  • Certifications: CTP, CCNA, or CNCT.

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
