Description

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing consistency and oversight related to all proposal work utilizing workflows and processes defined. Also provide inside program coordination and communication to support back office activities for the Sale Operations team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Draft review and edit responses to the RFPs
• Ensure documentation for RFPs are completed and ontime
• Drive the preparation of responses to requests for information and proposals and ensure the quality thoroughness and consistency of our responses
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Sales Operations on intranet; utilize RFP software platform

• Support various strategic initiatives designed to enhance quality and standardization of RFP responses
• Tracking and running reports relating to sales performance and proposal effectiveness
• Assist with the development and maintenance of strategic initiatives including any related research
• Stay abreast on all company objectives technologies and practices
• Daily screening of RFP support requests

Skills and Abilities
• Ability to take charge of a project and see it through to completion
• Ability to read and comprehend project technical and construction documents
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
• Ability to supervise and manage tasks and personnel to meet project objectives
• Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
• Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail

Education and/or Experience
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English or Bachelor of Sciences (BS) or equivalent certifications preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years’ similar proposal and/or sales support experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience utilizing company intranet and Service Desk applications a plus

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
