Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Define and manage global UCC & Service Solutions service offerings including service descriptions, service agreements, and pricing
  • Collaborate with Services Product Marketing on Positioning, Messaging, Sales Tools, Internal and External Launch Materials, and the like
  • Develop service readiness and feature requirements for R&D and Service Operations to execute and implement when appropriate
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Service Operations, Finance, Service Contracts, Engineering, R&D) to design processes for demoing, quoting, ordering, delivering and billing services for a consistent, end-to-end customer experience
  • Collaborate with Services Product Marketing to conceptualize, develop and manage UCC & Service sales enablement strategy, tools and resources
  • Develop UCC & Service Solutions sales training strategy and content
  • Perform UCC & Service Solutions sales training via webinar, videos and in-person events
  • Manage UCC & Service Solutions go-to market strategies
  • Conduct market analysis to identify UCC & Service opportunities, threats and assess company’s competitive differentiation
  • Serve as subject matter expert for internal and external communications including tradeshows, analyst interviews, press releases, speaking engagements
  • Strategize with UCC Technology Partners, Customers and Sales to articulate and evaluate emerging market opportunities

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat

 

Education and/or Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or similar or related field required (MBA is preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in services development/marketing
  • Demonstrated experience driving solutions set across development teams through market requirements, and product positioning
  • Experience in an global and/or complex matrix business environment is desirable
  • Experience developing and implementing business processes and streamlining operations

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
